What this is

LI-Check is a research and informational tool. It reviews publicly available LinkedIn profile and activity data for internal consistency and produces an automated "integrity" score with supporting findings. The score reflects signals in the data, not a judgment about any person.

Not for hiring decisions

The Service is not designed or authorized for making employment, hiring, screening, lending, tenancy, or any other consequential decisions about an individual. It is not a consumer reporting agency and its output is not a consumer report. Do not use it for any purpose that requires accuracy, fairness, or due process under applicable law.

No guarantee of accuracy

Findings are generated automatically and can be wrong. Unusual but honest career histories can trigger flags, and legitimate profiles can score poorly. Everything is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Treat all output as opinion and inference, not fact.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to harass, defame, dox, or harm anyone.
• Do not use it for unlawful purposes or to violate anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to overwhelm, scrape, or abuse the Service.

Public data and removal

The Service analyzes information that profile owners have made public. Analyzed profiles may appear on a public leaderboard. If you are the subject of a profile and want it removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

LI-Check is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or Microsoft. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of its owner.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its output.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
